be a part of something special
The Paul Robeson Performing Arts Company (PRPAC) has given voice to the African American tradition through performances ranging from musicals (The Wiz, God’s Trombones, Motown, etc.) and dramas/comedies (For Colored Girls Who’ve Considered Suicide…, A Soldier’s Play, The Colored Museum, etc.). Since 1982 The PRPAC has worked with local artists, community groups and supporters to keep alive its mission of creating opportunities for minority artists of all ages.
PRPAC is reorganizing
and re-energizing… and we want YOU to join us in our revitalization.
Consider joining PRPAC as actors, writers, technicians, directors, singers, musicians, dancers, stage managers, and/or designers. How about becoming a member of the board or sharing your theater/business/marketing-related skills?
Whatever your passion, let us know if you would like to collaborate and expand on our mutual theater production ideals that will “give voice to Black and brown artists to develop and display their skills and talents that educate, create diaogue and ignite change."
